Identify opportunities to leverage and enhance AOSC’s portfolio of assets and capabilities
Ensure coordinated management of all internal functional groups to deliver sound business proposals
Manage all facets of transactions, including approach, negotiations, closing and integration.

Work with the appropriate internal functional teams to develop asset development plans and economic analysis of each distinct project area and phase.
Prepare a corporate asset development plan and scenarios to deal with key uncertainties.
Coordinate corporate business planning with Finance, including development of long term plan and integration with annual budget process.
Develop and maintain operational benchmarking and monitor industry trends and activities.
Coordinates with Investor Relations to effectively communicate AOSC’s story to the market ranging from investors with strong technical backgrounds to retail investors and the general market.
Build and maintain a network of external contacts.
